We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven leader to join our team as Human Capital & General Affairs Manager in Family Entertainment Center industry.
You will be responsible for developing Human Capital strategies to attract, develop and retain employees, fostering a high-performance culture by providing excellent customer service and business partnering with every stakeholders in the organization.
You will work closely with the CEO and other head of departments to build the organization's internal capability and lead its people and culture transformation to ensure business sustainability.
This role will be based in BSD.

Key Resposibilities:
- Collaborate with Manager and Management to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing work culture.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Developing an appropriate and cost-effective strategy for retaining and recruiting our workforce.
- Design and monitor performance management systems and career development pathways.
- Develop compensation & benefits strategies, policies, and structures to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals based on the compensation survey and benchmarking
- Drive learning & development initiatives that enhance productivity and employee capabilities.
- Oversee the payroll-related system, procedures, and implementation, including but not limited to wages calculation, salaries, bonuses, overtime, tracking, and other compensation components are delivered on time and at the right amount
- Review and evaluate HR-related budgets, and budget strategies, track expenses, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
- Oversee general affairs activities, including facilities management, and administrative support services are delivered based on procedure and company needs.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations by fostering effective communication, addressing employee grievances, and providing employee benefits or recognition programs.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and employment-related legislation to ensure compliance and provide guidance to management and employees.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant work experience as Human Capital and General Affairs, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven ability to lead cultural transformation and build systems that enhance employee performance.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in HRIS Talenta, Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Excel, LMS and employee engagement tools.
- Strong knowledge of PPh 21 calculation, E-DABU, Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and HR compliance.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field. Master's degree would be an advantage
