  1. Lead the development and governance of ParagonCorp's 3–5 year Long-Term Capacity Plan (LTCP) across the entire manufacturing network.
  2. Define strategic capacity planning frameworks by integrating production trends, demand forecasts, machine utilization, and site performance to ensure long-term scalability.
  3. Partner with senior stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and R&D to align capacity strategy with business growth, innovation pipelines, and market expansion plans.
  4. Own and drive CapEx strategy, including investment prioritization, factory expansion, automation, and technology adoption to support future growth.
  5. Provide executive-level insights and recommendations through advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and risk assessments.
  6. Identify and lead transformation initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing agility through new technologies and process innovation.
  7. Anticipate and mitigate long-term capacity risks, including bottlenecks, supply constraints, and infrastructure limitations.
  8. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing capacity planning team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  9. Act as a key contributor to ParagonCorp's operational excellence journey and long-term sustainable manufacturing strategy.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Long-Term Capacity Planning (LTCP).
  3. Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
  4. Proven track record in leading strategic planning, CapEx projects, or factory expansion initiatives.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other planning systems.
  6. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  7. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic decisions.
  8. Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and building scalable, future-ready manufacturing systems.
