About the Role
You will be involved in strategic initiatives, including business growth analysis, development of business cases, and preparation of executive-level materials to address complex business challenges.
What You Will Do
- Conduct strategic analysis and develop recommendations on key topics such as business growth, market expansion, product development, pricing, and cost optimization
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to provide data-driven insights
- Develop financial models and business cases to support management decision-making
- Support the business strategic planning process and act as a partner to stakeholders in decision-making
- Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations (strategy decks, business reviews, etc.)
- Support management in addressing complex strategic issues and business challenges
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, analytical approaches, and workplans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust analysis and alignment of perspectives
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business planning, or related roles
- Proven experience in handling strategic projects or complex business analysis
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create clear and compelling materials
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical skills, including business analysis and financial modeling
- Structured thinking and problem-solving
- Solid understanding of business strategy and key performance drivers
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
