Senior Business (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic business initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities in local and international markets
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead high-level negotiations, partnerships, and commercial agreements with strategic partners and clients.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and industry trend assessments to support long-term business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
• Develop and present strategic business proposals, performance reports, and market insights to executive leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, revenue growth, and partnership effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or a similar strategic role.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in financial institutions, SaaS, or tech industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing partnerships and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience working with multinational companies
• Highly strategic, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
