Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents/guests and manage parents visits (approval, visiting hours, and required forms).
  • Handle daily mail distribution, update room availability, and manage room reservations.
  • Oversee equipment lending/return, ensure good condition, and record in the logbook.
  • Provide information, respond to complaints, share announcements, and escalate issues to relevant parties.
  • Prepare reports on violations/incidents and maintain accurate records and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
  • Prior experience in Guest Relations or Front Office is an advantage.
  • Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, creative, and innovative thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Proficiency in other languages is a strong plus.
