We are looking for an RnD Staff to handle our product formulation and technical compliance. The ideal candidate should be a pharmacy graduate with the required legal certifications (STRA & SIPA) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the cosmetics industry.
Salary Range: IDR 5,730,000 – IDR 6,500,000 (net)

Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy (Apoteker is a significant advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an RnD Staff in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
- Must possess a valid:
1.STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) or STRTTK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian).
2.SIPA (Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker) or SIPTTK (Surat Izin Praktik Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian).
- Strong understanding of chemical properties and the functions of active skincare ingredients.
- In-depth knowledge of BPOM regulations and CPKB standards.
- Highly detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and reformulating innovative skincare products to meet market trends.
- Act as the Technical Representative (PJT) to ensure all products comply with BPOM, Halal certification, and national cosmetic safety standards.
- Oversee and verify the quality of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet strict eligibility standards.
- Ensure the production process is executed on time and strictly follows CPKB (Cara Pembuatan Kosmetik yang Baik) guidelines.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Logistics teams to analyze product-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Prepare essential technical documents, including Product Information Files (PIF), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compile regular reports regarding product development progress, laboratory test results, and the status of work target achievements.
