Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Researches, validates, and coordinates the development of new products, from conception to launch.
- Ensure the products meet cosmetic regulations.
- Monitor and maintain on-time project milestones, managing risks and understanding trade offs along the development process while delivering products with the highest standards for quality and performance.
- Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula feedback, copy & claim, artwork, and regulatory deliverables.
- Analyze competitive launches, understand consumer feedback and concerns, source unmet needs.
- Oversee quality and safety testing and ensure the formulas are ready for mass production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in pharmacy / chemistry / cosmetic science
- Min 2 years of experience in Product Development
- Strong interest in beauty products
- Stays current with the latest trends in beauty
- Have knowledge or familiarity with BPOM regulation
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning
- Strong adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Fast learner, proactive, and superb verbal and written communication skill
