About The Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Innovation Specialist to lead the development of new products and enhancements that align with market demands and company goals. This role involves conducting market research, generating innovative ideas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to launch. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities for product innovation.
- Generate and evaluate new product concepts, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to develop and launch new products.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and final production.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present proposals, progress reports, and post-launch evaluations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product innovation, development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of market research methods and product development processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of curiosity about consumer n
- Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
