We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in candidate management, talent sourcing, and headhunting, who is passionate about delivering high-quality candidates and building long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate delivery process for assigned roles
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate relationships
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders on hiring requirements
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support recruitment strategy and market mapping activities
- Be open to gradually learning and contributing to Business Development (BD) activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and candidate management
- Proven background in headhunting / search firm environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Interested in expanding into Business Development responsibilities over time
