We are a growing gold mining company entering the early production phase, and we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Associate to support our rapid hiring needs. If you enjoy connecting with people, hunting for top talent, and being part of a dynamic project environment — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for mining-related roles
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and support end-to-end interview processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Min 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience in LinkedIn sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- Experience in mining, energy, or heavy industry is a strong advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Willing to work on-site at Head Office, Jakarta
- Willing to work under a 6-month project-based contract.
