We're Hiring a Talent Acquisition Officer!
We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Officer to support end-to-end recruitment activities at our
Head Office. In this role, you will assist the Senior Talent Management Lead in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and handling recruitment administration to build a strong candidate pipeline. You will also support compliance with SMK3 and SML to ensure a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible working environment.
Work Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Senior Talent Management Lead
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in the Energy, General Manufacturing, Technology, FMCG, or related companies.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and candidate pipeline building.
- Skilled in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Familiar with recruitment metrics and basic data tracking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of OHS (SMK3) and Environmental Management System (SML) implementation is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Talent Management Lead in understanding hiring needs and documenting job requirements.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for various positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate reference checks and background screenings.
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers, including related administrative tasks.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Implement and support SMK3 and SML requirements in all recruitment activities.
- Report unsafe conditions/actions that may impact safety or the environment.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
