As a Recruiter for TP Bali site, you will be the key link between the talent pipelines built by the Sourcing team and the hiring needs of our multilingual campaigns. While your core focus is on managing end-to-end recruitment, you will also step into sourcing activities during peak hiring seasons to ensure we meet business-critical timelines.
What Youll Do
End-to-End Recruitment Excellence
Manage the entire recruitment process from receiving pre-screened candidates to final handover for onboarding.
Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience at every stage.
Partner closely with hiring managers to refine role requirements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate progress tracking in systems in line with TPs global standards.
Agile Sourcing Support
Collaborate with the Sourcing team to supplement pipelines during high-volume hiring periods.
Utilize digital platforms, professional networks, and community partnerships to expand reach and secure top multilingual talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
Act as the bridge between Sourcing, Hiring Managers, and HR Operations to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes.
Provide clear recruitment metrics, progress reports, and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
What Were Looking For
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in multilingual or high-growth environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to fluctuating hiring demands.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
