Your Mission
Youll play a pivotal role in building multilingual talent pipelines for TP Indonesias Bali site. From sourcing top-tier candidates across Asia and Europe to cultivating community partnerships on the island, you&aposll drive strategic hiring initiatives that shape the future of our multilingual hub.
What Youll Do
Multilingual Recruitment & Pipelining
- Drive full-cycle recruitment from strategic job postings to handover of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of Native and Near-Native speakers, across European (Dutch, German, French, Spanish, etc.), Asian (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic), and English language streams.
- Maintain structured, real-time dashboards and sourcing funnels to ensure agile hiring based on business needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to forecast hiring demands and define role profiles aligned with campaign objectives.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflective of TPs global standards and values.
Strategic Partnerships & Outreach
- Cultivate relationships with universities, language centers, international schools, and government offices, especially within Bali.
- Engage and activate Balis expat, student, and multilingual communities through in-person and digital outreach.
- Represent TPID Bali at career fairs, graduation days, hiring roadshows, and local networking events.
- Act as a cultural bridge between global hiring standards and local Balinese systems and bureaucracy ensuring synergy, efficiency, and respect.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), this is a core requirement.
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or community engagement, preferably in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Proven ability to build and nurture multilingual candidate pipelines, across multiple roles and language groups.
- A strong grasp of Balinese institutional culture, administrative processes, and networking dynamics or a willingness to quickly learn.
- Exceptionally organized and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills and a talent for storytelling and persuasion.
- A natural connector, someone who builds relationships with ease, whether on campus, in a coworking space, or at a local caf.
