Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiations.
4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet client hiring needs.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide consultative advice on market conditions.
6. Track and document recruitment activities in the provided ATS system.
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client and candidate information.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field (freelance or agency)
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, strategies, and sourcing techniques
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
4. Proficiency with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and job boards
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
6. Experience working with an ATS is a plus
