Real Estate Listing Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Listing Consultant to join the Fullers Properties team. Youll play a key role in acquiring high-quality listings, advising property owners and developers, and developing creative marketing strategies, while leveraging AI tools, social media content, and data-driven decision making to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Listing Acquisition & Strategy

• Prospect and secure 3035 high-quality property listings per month that align with Fullers Properties brand standards.
• Consult owners and developers on the most effective listing approach and market positioning strategies.
• Perform competitive market analysis to guide pricing and marketing direction.

2. Client & Owner Relations

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords.
• Serve as the key point of contact, advising on market trends and marketing tactics.

3. Marketing & Promotion

• Develop engaging property promotions through social media, paid campaigns, and digital media channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce short-form video content and other engaging material for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) is a strong advantage.

4. Content & On-Camera Presentation

• Confidently appear in front of the camera to present listings, conduct property walkthroughs, or appear in marketing videos and reels.
• Coordinate with Fullers Originals (our creative division) to bring each listings story to life visually.

5. AI & Tech Integration

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, ClickUp) to streamline workflows, write listings, summarize legal details, and enhance productivity.
• Embrace digital systems for CRM, task management, and automated communication.

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Work with our legal and support team to ensure all listings comply with zoning, licensing, and title documentation standards.
• Coordinate timely submission of property info sheets, owner documents, photos, and videos for listing launch.

7. Performance & KPIs

Ensure accuracy and quality in all property information and media.

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to track listing performance and optimize campaigns.

Key Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.

Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or related field.

Familiarity with AI tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing basics.

Confident and engaging on-camera presence (for Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)

Meta Ads knowledge is a big plus, but not mandatory.

Must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Able to think creatively and outside the box to meet challenging targets.
