Key Responsibilities

- Convert qualified leads into deals with a minimum 20% conversion rate.

- Maintain client communication and deal tracking in the AMO CRM system.

- Actively participate in company marketing (video content creation, business breakfasts, industry events).

- Network, build relationships, and manage your own portfolio of clients.

- Uphold company values of professionalism, integrity, and client focus.

Your Profile

2+ years of successful sales experience in Balis real estate market.

Demonstrated record of high conversion rates and closed deals.

Strong command of Russian (native or near-native) and English (C1+).

Motivated, ambitious, and committed to personal and team success.
