Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring products quality and safety are in compliance with Lemonilo Standard
- Responsible to monitor quality of Lemonilo products
- Responsible to handle non-conformity, reporting to stakeholders and make decision on day to day quality related issues
- Continuous improvement on quality and safety
Qualifications :
- Education : D3/S1 Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry
- Minimum 2 year experience as quality control in food manufacturing industry
- Technical skills : understand principle of food safety and food quality, sampling, panel testing, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000 or others food safety standard, good at data analysis
- Soft skills : initiative, attention to detail, good communication, observative, integrity, problem solver, able to work individually or as a team
