- Willing to run the company procedures for testing raw materials until the final product.

- Can perform percentage analysis for all industrial products.
- Can communicate well to all management, especially when there are problems related to product quality.
- Ensure all products have been feasible quality test and encourage all parties to perform the obligation to maintain the quality.
- Can share knowledge, training and support to all QA teams.
- Can make effective material test for all products.

- If you have been a QC supervisor for at least 2 years then you are strongly considered.
- Can work closely, think analytically and be able to cooperate with all related line in industry.
- Have ability to explain theory and skill to others.
