Role Description

As the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all raw materials, kitchen supplies, and operational needs. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team, restaurant management, and vendors to ensure that we maintain a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients that meet our rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine ingredients and kitchen supply needs.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent budget management and inventory control skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
