Property Performance Executive

Job Description :

• Conduct Week-on-Week (WoW), Month-on-Month (MoM), and Year-on-Year (YoY) analyses at the property level to track performance trends.
• Pinpoint new opportunities for revenue growth and process optimization at both city and property levels.
• Manage properties at risk of churn and implement measures to retain them.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Revenue Growth, Growth Analyst for 1-3 years
• Data-driven with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with partners and internal teams.
• Experience with dynamic pricing strategies and inventory management.
