We are in search of talented with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Spa and Therapy Manager to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including creating and promoting spa packages and special offers
- Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience
- Train and motivate spa staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage the spa budget, including analyzing financial reports and making adjustments as necessary
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and concepts as appropriate
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the resort's sustainability initiatives
Requirements
- Having minimum 5 year experience in managerial position from 4 or 5 stars Hotel
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
- Certified as a Spa Therapist with spa certification and other wellness related certification is advantage
- Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
- Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields
