Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Supervisor to join our team full-time on-site in South Lombok. This role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with architects, contractors, and legal specialists, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. The Project Supervisor will manage project schedules and budgets, conduct site inspections, and maintain the highest quality standards across all development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction site operations on a daily basis
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and legal teams
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress reporting
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety & compliance
• Uphold environmental and quality standards in every project phase

Qualifications

• Proven project management and supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Background in construction management or real estate development
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lombok
• Proficiency in project management tools/software
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in Indonesias real estate market is a strong plus
