We are hiring on behalf of a high-profile real estate agency based in Indonesia and seeking a CRM & AI Automation Specialist who can not only configure CRMs like Kommo (AmoCRM) and Go High Level, but also deploy and connect advanced AI voice agents using tools like Eleven Labs, and orchestrate automations using systems such as N8N or other no-code integration platforms.
This is a highly technical, implementation-focused roleideal for a candidate who understands AI workflows end-to-end, from designing the logic to integrating APIs and triggering actions across CRM and voice platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Kommo CRM and Go High Level environments, including lead pipelines, workflows, and automation logic
- Deploy AI voice assistants using Eleven Labs and integrate them with CRM platforms
- Use N8N (or similar tools like Make, Zapier) to orchestrate API-based automation flows and real-time data sync
- Build intelligent workflows where a new lead entering the CRM triggers:
- an AI call for qualification
- dynamic responses
- a calendar integration to schedule a sales call
- Maintain detailed error tracking, data cleanliness, and workflow documentation
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align AI/CRM automation with campaign strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working with Kommo (AmoCRM) and/or Go High Level
- Strong understanding of AI agent workflows and platforms such as Eleven Labs, or similar
- Experience deploying and integrating automation systems like N8N, Zapier, or Make
- Proficient in setting up webhooks, API endpoints, and syncing tools between CRM, email, and calendar platforms
- Ability to independently design, build, and troubleshoot complex automations
- Fluent in English with strong documentation and communication skills
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in real estate or lead qualification automation
- Prior development of voice bots or conversational AI tools
- Familiarity with custom scripting (for advanced N8N use cases)
