*Candidate must know the Life insurance claim, Medical Insurance claim, Claim Digital Transformation.

*Candidate having experience on claims with Multi region/Asia Region Environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Proven ability to drive programs independently from initiation to closure.
• Strong experience in claims digital transformation (insurance domain).
• Mandatory exposure to Operations (Ops) environments.
• Experience managing multi-region / Asia-based programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across different countries and cultures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
