Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition and learning strategies aligned with business and healthcare objectives
  • Lead learning program design and implementation, including learning needs analysis, curriculum development, and competency-based training frameworks aligned with healthcare standards
  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and building a strong pipeline of healthcare and corporate talent
  • Support talent development programs for high-potential employees through targeted learning interventions
  • Collaborate with medical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to deliver targeted learning interventions, ensuring workforce readiness and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Develop and continuously improve policies, guidelines, and SOPs related to Talent Acquisition and Learning Development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or any relevant area
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to Learning Development and Talent Acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry
  • Strong understanding of competency-based development, learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and training delivery within a regulated environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and impactful development programs
  • Proven capability in stakeholder management, particularly in collaborating with clinical and non-clinical leader
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
