Develop and execute talent acquisition and learning strategies aligned with business and healthcare objectives
Lead learning program design and implementation, including learning needs analysis, curriculum development, and competency-based training frameworks aligned with healthcare standards
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and building a strong pipeline of healthcare and corporate talent
Support talent development programs for high-potential employees through targeted learning interventions
Collaborate with medical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to deliver targeted learning interventions, ensuring workforce readiness and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Develop and continuously improve policies, guidelines, and SOPs related to Talent Acquisition and Learning Development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or any relevant area
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to Learning Development and Talent Acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry
Strong understanding of competency-based development, learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and training delivery within a regulated environment
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and impactful development programs
Proven capability in stakeholder management, particularly in collaborating with clinical and non-clinical leader
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
