Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic oversight of training and development sub-function to meet the needs of internal staff, business partners and clients. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation. Regularly leads important regional initiatives. Has ultimate accountability for the learning function.
- Thought Leadership: Understand impactful, best-in-class learning methods to develop more experienced/executive leaders and hi-potentials.
- Develop the overall learning strategy and roadmap for the organization. This would include coaching and leadership assessment elements.
- Leverage knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design to build compelling and impactful learning journeys and drive organization.
- Serve as an exceptionally engaging facilitator that can inspire and energize a group of participants.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design best-in-class resources and experiences for the organization.
- Identify key insights from analytics to drive improvements to leadership development programs and resources.
- Learning Ambassador: Act as a role model, driving cultural assimilation and our values in everything you do in creating a learning culture within the organization. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 8 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
