Production Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee end-to-end production workflow for livestreams and short video content
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary production team consisting operators, talent coordinators, hosts, videographers, and editors.
• Implement clear SOPs, capacity plans, scheduling systems, and quality control checkpoints
• Manage and optimize weekly production calendars, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and creative expectations are met
• Analyze and act on performance metrics (ER, AVD, CTR, CO, etc.) to guide execution and improve output
• Conduct post-mortems and lead iterative improvement cycles
• Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, staffing gaps, and workflow inefficiencies
• Identify and implement tools or systems to enhance operational speed, structure, and performance
• Ensure strong collaboration between production and other teams

Qualifications

• Having 5+ years of hands-on experience in video, broadcast, or livestream production
• Proven leadership managing large, cross-functional production teams
• Deep expertise in production planning, execution, and quality assurance
• Proven ability to maintain operational discipline
• Skilled in analyzing data and optimizing production strategies based on trends
