Key job responsibilities include:
- Analyze production capacity & sales forecast monitoring, SKU rationalization, pricing strategy, product developement.
- Sales budget planning including product/brand category, targeted market, sales volume, and pricing.
- Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to execute program to increase sales performance.
- Develop EBITDA, sales volume, market share, achievement, business objectives, and brand strategies.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing & production activities .
- Conduct market research and evaluate the financial aspects of marketing & production.
- Ensure on time production schedule and delivery planning.
- Inventory management and monitoring production material.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Engineering major.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in Production Management, Production Planning & Inventory Control from Paper industry
- Having good knowledge about sales/marketing strategy, production process, logistic and delivery.
- Good analytical thinking. reporting, and problem solving.
- Location based: Malang, East Java.
