Role Description

We are currently seeking a Production Manager (Fill-Finish) to join our growing team in Gunung Sindur, Bogor. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing fill-finish operations for human vaccine products. As a key member of our manufacturing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, GMP-compliant, and high-quality vaccine production. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a growing team, and contribute to shaping the future of vaccine production in Indonesia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily fill-finish operations to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality vaccine production.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to cGMP and regulatory requirements (BPOM, WHO, etc.).
• Manage and coach production staff, fostering a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with QA/QC, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production workflows and tech transfers.
• Participate actively in R&D activities, technology transfer, and new product launches from a production and quality perspective.
• Drive process improvements, troubleshoot operational issues, and support equipment validation and commissioning.
• Monitor production KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, ideally in fill-finish operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and international regulatory standards.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Agile and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to a growing and changing organization.
• Experience in tech transfer, scale-up, or start-up manufacturing facilities is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
