Regional Sales Manager - Java Region (CI B2B)

Company Description

Repsol Indonesia - PLI, part of a joint venture with United Global Limited since September 2019, integrates PT Pacific Lubritama Indonesia (PLI) into its operations. PLI, known for brands such as United Oil, Bell1, US Lube, Hydropure, and Ichiro, manages Repsol&aposs lubricant business in Indonesia. The joint venture manufactures lubricants for both automotive and industrial segments in Singapore and Indonesia, and distributes Repsol-brand products across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager in the Java region (CI B2B) at Repsol Indonesia - PLI. The individual will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the business-to-business (B2B) sector. Other responsibilities include market analysis, managing a sales team, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years experience as Sales Manager in lubricant / heavy equipment industry
• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong understanding of the lubricants market, especially industrial/fleet/mining segments
• Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills for market analysis and strategic planning
• Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and travel within the region as required
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
