Manager - Regional Sales Head (Makassar)

Role Description:

• Build and establish strong relationship with Regional Head, Regional Deputy, Area Manager & Branch Manager
• Supervise, monitor and lead sales activities for Sharia Sales Team (Area Sales Manager, Financial Sales Consultant) on day-to-day basis to achieve sales target
• Sales initiative, sales process improvement, and new business opportunities.
• Placement in Makassar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in any field
• Minimum 5-6 years&apos experience in sales, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services Industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
