Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree from Business Administration, Management orrelated major with minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
- Proven experience in product support or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for digital marketing industry.
- Preferably with a strong online presence (e.g., personal blog or engaging social media content).
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multi channel communication to our customer, solve the problem, coordinate with the internal team to process the right and efficient problem solving.
- Input and manage data in relevant systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, research, and preparation of materials.
- Building relationships and working effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Supporting the project management process by assisting in creating project plans, tracking tasks, and helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
