Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid ads and lead generation.
  • Proficient in advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Familiar with tools such as CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive), email marketing, and landing page builders.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and well-versed in funnel marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact with digital marketing agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Supervise and monitor agency execution of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Oversee lead generation strategies to ensure high-quality leads are delivered consistently.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align campaign goals with business development needs.
  • Review campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage and evaluate tools such as CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive), email marketing platforms, and landing page builders to support lead nurturing.
  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and aligned with the companys funnel marketing strategy.
