Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize online marketing performance across all channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies, experiments, and conversion tests for paid advertising.
  • Manage and evaluate ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, CPAS, etc.) from awareness to conversion.
  • Plan and control digital marketing budgets while tracking performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging ads trends, consumer behavior, and marketing technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • 12 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace ads (Tokopedia TopAds & Shopee Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data (Ads results, Marketplace data, Google Analytics).
  • Familiar with Pixel, UTM setup, and performance measurement.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to communicate ideas effectively.
