Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years in the fintech or money transfer industry.
Deep understanding of the fintech industry, particularly in the money transfer domain, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and translate insights into product strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Ability to understand user needs and behaviors, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Ability to lead and motivate a product team to achieve common goals.
Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and find effective solutions.
Additional Notes
Experience with Money Transfer Products: Proven experience in developing and launching money transfer products, such as mobile wallets, remittance services, or payment gateways.
Understanding of the technology underlying money transfer systems, such as APIs, databases, and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with regulations and security standards in the money movement industry, such as PCI DSS and KYC/AML.
