We're Hiring: Product Manager (External & Market Driven)

We are looking for a Product Manager who is highly external-facing and market-oriented, someone who enjoys engaging with clients, uncovering real pain points, and transforming insights into impactful product solutions.

This role goes beyond internal product execution. You will actively engage with existing and potential clients, conduct market discovery, and help open new market opportunities through data driven product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Management, Product Researcher, and Product Strategy skills
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market needs.
  • Actively engage with external clients, prospects, and partners to gather insights, pain points, and unmet needs.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities, even before explicit needs arise.
  • Translate business and market insights into clear product opportunities, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and define success metrics to measure impact and guide future product decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of product management practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for new market creation by proposing innovative product solutions based on real customer problems.

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
  • Strong experience translating business and customer needs into functional product requirements.
  • Comfortable working in an external-facing role, including client discussions, discovery sessions, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Analytical and structured thinker, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
