JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Building, prioritizing, and defining a short, medium, and long- term product roadmap based on company's business, operational, and technology needs.
- Building and driving GTM activities in close collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Communicating product vision, plans, progress, and results to all related stakeholders to align the product roadmap based on impact and effort.
- Driving product discovery, research, and user validation.
- Driving and managing the end-to-end product development cycle.
- Developing improvements and solutions to support the growth of business and operations.
- Identifying key success metrics to measure product performance and productivity.
- Driving collaboration closely with cross-functional teams in delivering product excellence.
- Managing the backlog and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, data science, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience as product management
- Proven experience in people management or leadership.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a strong problem-solving skill.
- Experienced in agile development, product management, driving the product vision, and go-to-market strategy.
- Familiar with product management tools (JIRA, Asana, Figma, Confluence) and analytics tools (QuickSight, Google Analytics, Metabase).
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Data-informed decision maker.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, be excited about finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and drive projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
- Experienced in fields of fleet, logistics, network optimization, and supply chain optimization.
Working arrangement:
- Contract based 6 months under outsource
- WFO at Kedoya Jakbar
