Product Manager (QRIS and E-Wallet) and lead the charge to turn ideas into innovative, user-focused solutions.

Job Descriptions
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond (0-1)
- Define the product vision, craft roadmaps, and prioritize features that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Be the glue between business, design, and engineering, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across all functions.
- Dive deep into user insights and market research to inform decisions and uncover opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and purpose to deliver high-quality products that scale.
- Being a first liner to manage the PJP1 application.
Job Requirements
- +5 years in product management
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Experience in managing QRIS and e-wallet
- Strong strategic thinking & roadmap planning
- A combination of digital bank and modern bank will be to your advantage to be reviewed
- Having experience in managing PJP1.
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Able to lead without authority and manage multiple projects
- User-focused mindset with solid market research skills
- Familiar with Agile, UX/UI principles, and product management frameworks
