Analyze research results to develop and refine product ideas, concept or product strategy (such as product positioning, promotional materials, and product messaging) for new products that are relevant to market target needs and align with business objectives
Keep up-to-date of competitor and industry trends to enhance innovative ideas and preserve market competitiveness
Assisting in development of marketing and product knowledge materials for new products
Collaborate with various department and stakeholder to align on product vision to achieve the operational & business goals
Monitor all new product launches to ensure execution, delivery on time, and track postlaunch progress on brand, also able to lead project and build good cooperation between team and department
Support launch materials for new products to ensure operational excellence in launching
Able to ensure all administrative needs for product development activities are fulfilled to maintain operational excellence
Apply self-leadership in managing daily work, and also build good cooperation between teams and departments
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry
3- 4 Years in Product Innovation / Development field
Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare products
Having experience in developing hair care products
