Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in business development in a research consulting.
Prior experience working in a consulting agency or similar environment is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex client needs.
Skilled in negotiating deals and closing contracts.
Deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes, especially in the consulting sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and deliver effective solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
