What You Will Experience:
- Create projection product analysis by assessing and forecasting the potential performance and success of a new product during its development phase
- Manage new product based on flow process and analyze the flow process
- Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, and production teams to align product specs with business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation
- Assist in executing project timelines and innovation pipelines.
- Monitor progress of product development milestones.
- Support pilot trials and scale-up activities.
- Support testing and validation of product concepts based on consumer feedback
- Ensure alignment with product safety and quality standards
- Coordinate documentation for compliance and product claims.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, product innovation, marketing analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in product projection, market analysis and forecasting.
- Experience in managing new product development (NPD) processes from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of product safety, quality standards and regulatory documentation is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
