Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing cloud services provider specializing in cloud infrastructure solutions, multi-cloud management, and digital transformation services. They help enterprises optimize cloud usage, reduce costs, and scale efficiently across major platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive strategic enterprise sales, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company's presence in the cloud computing market.

Responsibility:

  • Driving new business acquisition for cloud services and enterprise solutions
  • Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads)
  • Managing full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise accounts
  • Building strong pipelines across SME and enterprise segments
  • Collaborating with technical and solution teams to design client proposals
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintaining strong relationships with strategic accounts and partners
  • Monitoring market trends in cloud computing and digital transformation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Strong background in IT services, cloud computing, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting ability
  • Strategic thinking with execution mindset
  • Highly driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Hunter mindset with ability to build new business from scratch

Nice to Have

  • Existing network in enterprise IT / cloud ecosystem
  • Experience working with system integrators or cloud vendors
  • Familiarity with FinOps or cloud cost optimization solutions
  • Strong and well-maintained database of startup companies and high-growth tech firms as potential target accounts.
