As reliable infrastructure requires exceptional talent, we are looking for a Sales Staff to strengthen our team in Batam. If you're excited about working in a fast-paced industry that connects technology, business strategy, and cross-border collaboration — we'd love to have you on board. 

Responsibility: 

As Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth. You will: 

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, to contract closing. 
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers. 
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure solution alignment. 
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and support RFP/RFQ processes. 
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and regular reporting. 
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management. 
  • Ensure excellent post-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction to support repeat business. 
  • Support the development and implementation of sales policies and initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance) to ensure alignment between customer requirements and service delivery. 

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. 
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B Sales (experience in data center, ICT, or technology industry is an advantage). 
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. 
  • Good understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and pricing structure. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis to drive results. 
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
