Adecco Indonesia is looking a high-energy, execution-driven, and seasoned F&B and Hospitality Operations professional for one of the biggest venue in Bali. This leader will oversee several division of the venue and ideal candidate brings deep experience in high‑volume F&B environments, thrives in fast‑paced operations, and has a strong ability to build new concepts and drive event‑led community engagement. Facility & Operations
- Oversee daily operations across restaurants, events, and wellness activities
- Make sure the site runs smoothly: maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and local authorities (especially for evening programming)
- Build clear operating guidelines and ensure teams follow them consistently
Food & Beverage
- Shape and refine the F&B offering to balance quality, speed, and healthy‑driven appeal
- Ensure outlets handle high traffic with good margins and efficient service
- Keep close control of cost, revenue, and overall performance
Community & Events
- Plan and roll out a steady calendar of weekly activities — from brand activations and themed nights to sessions and member events
- Spot opportunities to bring in partners or sponsors
- Strengthen our presence on social channels by hiring and guiding the right talent, particularly someone who can drive growth on TikTok
Team & Culture
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team that can handle high-volume operations
- Set standards for pace, discipline, and service quality
- Maintain a leadership presence on the ground
Financial Ownership
- Full responsibility for P&L: revenue streams, cost management, and profitability
- Push for operational efficiency while maintaining a strong customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Experience managing medium-large size venue/property operations in the restaurant, lifestyle, retail, or hotel industry
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good financial and business acumen
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills
