Key Responsibilities
- Create a new product concept through in-depth research into market trends.
- Create product brief and give ideation for marketing point.
- Participate in a product development project, including sending samples and collecting feedback based on users skin conditions.
- Innovate new products regarding texture, packaging, and other aspects involved in the product.
- Engage with internal and external end-users to gather insights that inform product decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Keep up with beauty market trends, both local and international, regarding products, ingredients, and consumer needs.
- Have a broad and extensive knowledge of skincare/makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
- Able to conduct research on current market trends.
- Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features.
- Have knowledge or records proven of creating a good product idea/launch.
- Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
