Our business has expanded across Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, bringing high-quality beauty innovations to the market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful execution in formulation and packaging.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning within the cosmetic sector.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, manufacturing, and marketing teams to align product development with brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Manage product sampling processes, gathering feedback from internal teams and panelists to refine formulations and enhance product quality.
• Oversee quality and safety testing, ensuring formulas and prototypes meet regulatory standards and are production-ready.
• Provide brand advisory to internal teams, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and alignment with brand positioning.
• Maintain strong partnerships with local and international suppliers to optimize formulation, quality, and cost efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position in cosmetic or beauty product development, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects within a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research.
• Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• High determination and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
• Beauty savvy, who constantly updates with trends and product innovations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
