Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Purchasing/Procurement Supervisor in Brand Marketing, Social Media, KOL, Event & Partnership
• Bachelor&aposs Degree in any related major
• Outstanding leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to work with all levels of people
• Detail-oriented and able to work and collaborate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-growth environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Odoo

Responsibilities:

• Handle requests for gimmick, venue, EO, brand, sponsorship, MUA, stylist, social media (marketplace, TVS, board advertiser, etc.), studio equipment, talent ads, CSR, etc.
• Be responsible for reports to the Purchasing Manager
• Supervise Executive and Senior Executive level of the Purchasing Team
• Develop SOP and any working materials/flows to establish an efficient purchasing working flow
