Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree from any major related to product and marketing
- At least min. 5 years experience in developing product and brand marketing in FMCG/Personal Care industries
- In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences and insight, and competitive landscape
- Strong marketing knowledge to create effective product marketing strategies, including digital marketing, campaign management both online and offline, and its analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong in team management and communication skills
- Able to thinks creatively and innovatively
Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and consumer needs to drive product development.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from innovation concept to launch, for both new developments and product improvements.
- Deliver product briefs for product communication and brand marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain timelines to keep product management on track as planned.
- Oversee cross-functional teams involved in product development, especially R&D and Marketing Communication.
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency.
- Make reports for new product evaluations and collect feedback for improvement.
