Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in an e-commerce company, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG category.
- Proven expertise in managing major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and others.
- Strong track record in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, including setting and achieving targets for revenue, profit margins, and ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace operations, performance marketing, and CRM strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing external partners or vendors.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive sales online strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Identify and explore new online sales opportunities and platforms to increase revenue
- Analyze and oversee digital sales channels on track with the targets
- Providing direction and professional development for sales online strategists
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the business is up to date in the market
- Develop and manage relationships with key external partners related to sales online
- Ensure that financial targets such as revenue, profit margins, and ROI are met
