PROCUREMENT SPV

Job Description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitioning, purchase order creation, receiving, and invoicing.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and product specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, including ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor procurement team members, providing training and guidance to support performance and professional development.
• Able to take on responsibilities beyond assigned tasks when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Production, and Quality departments.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree or higher in any major.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement SOPs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
